Screen Printing

SCREEN PRINTER
There are many reasons why we love screen printing.
Cost-effective for larger orders
The higher the number of pieces, the more efficient the production. For larger series, this is the most sensible way to get quality printing at a good price.
High resistance
After the ink is applied, a high-temperature drying process occurs. This seals the ink directly into the fibers of the material, ensuring that the print does not lose its quality.
Bold colors
The inks used in screen printing are rich and vibrant, making them really stand out on clothing.
Variety of materials
Screen printing works great on cotton, polyester, and various blends, but not every fabric is ideal for it. That's why it's always better to get advice when choosing a fabric so that the print stays on it as it should.
We offer:

Plastisol screen printing
Vibrant colors that last.
With this technique, we apply the ink onto the fabric and set it with heat. This makes the colors look very bold and helps them stay looking great even after many washes. On dark clothing, we add an extra base layer so the colors really pop.
Our tip: This is an ideal choice for logos and simpler designs. Since the ink sits on top of the fabric, the print might feel a little firmer to the touch on larger designs. If that’s a concern for you, just let us know – we’ll be happy to recommend a different printing technique.

Discharge screen printing
A natural feel.
With this technique, the fabric’s original color is removed from the printed area and replaced with a new shade. The ink soaks directly into the fibers instead of sitting on top. This creates a print that feels incredibly soft – almost as if it’s a natural part of the fabric.
Things to keep in mind: Since the base color of the fabric influences the final look, it is not always possible to hit an exact Pantone shade. The color saturation may also change slightly after washing. However, this is exactly what makes every piece of clothing unique.

Transfer screen printing
Flexible and precise.
With transfer printing, your design is first printed onto a special paper and then heat-pressed onto the garment. This results in a crisp and durable print that bonds perfectly to various types of fabric. Because the design is prepared on paper first, it can be applied to areas that are difficult to reach with standard printing equipment – such as caps, jackets, or inside garment labels.
