To prepare an accurate quotation and make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll need a few details from you.

– Ideally, please send your logo or artwork in a vector format (AI, PDF, or EPS), so we can work with it as precisely as possible. If you don’t have these formats, that’s completely fine — a high-resolution image (at least 300 DPI) will also work. If needed, we can later convert it into vector format after your approval (this service is charged separately).

– We’ll also need a few basic details, especially size, placement on the product, and colour preferences (Pantone is ideal). If you’re not sure about Pantone colours, don’t worry — we’ll adjust everything to match your design as closely as possible.

– If you already know which production method you prefer — printing, embroidery, patches, transfers, labels or hangtags — let us know. If not, we’ll be happy to recommend the best option for your project.

– For faster processing, we’ll also need your billing details: company name, ID (IČO), tax ID (DIČ), billing address, delivery address (if different), contact person, email, and phone number.

The more details you send us, the faster and more accurately we can prepare your offer and move forward with production. And if something isn’t suitable for production, we’ll get in touch and figure out the best solution together.
